Upon placing your order, kindly select your preferred shipping method and complete the payment, which includes the shipping fee. We endeavor to dispatch your items within 1-3 business days following the completion of your payment.
International Shipping Considerations:
Please be advised that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for international shipments due to variations in customs clearing procedures across different countries. These differences may impact the speed at which your product undergoes inspection and clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
Customs Fees and Duties:
It's important to note that buyers are responsible for any additional fees associated with customs clearance, including but not limited to customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. In the event of refused shipments, buyers remain responsible for these charges.
Import Taxes:
Please be aware that the shipping cost does not cover any import taxes. Buyers are advised to acquaint themselves with their country's customs regulations and are responsible for any customs duties incurred as a result of the importation of our products.

If not necessary/appropriate; Please send us a message, but we charge a 15% restocking fee for returns that the company does not want/is not suitable for. Consumers who want to return unwanted items must pay for the return shipping fee.
If there is a malfunction; Before sending anything back to us, please contact RMA through the messaging system first. Please print the return document we sent you and include it in your return package. Please fill in as much information as possible slowly to assist in processing your RMA.
Please return the item in anti-static packaging (if it was sent out in a silver bag or pink anti-static bubble material, it must be returned in this way), and if possible, use the same packaging as when delivered. For items with new conditions, you must return them in the manufacturer's original packaging. If the packaging of the item is unsafe and/or not placed in an anti-static bag (if applicable), returns will not be accepted.
Return Postage Charges - are not refundable unless the item we supplied is faulty or damaged in transit.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, incorrect or faulty item you must return the original item to us within 30 days unless instructed to the contrary writing. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days. Please use the standard RMA process for returning items.
Remote sales regulations and your cancellation right - all consumers have the right to cancel your order for fixed price products (your cooling off period) - this is 7 days from the date of sale (but we give you 30 days!). Just use the messaging system to inform us in writing that you wish to cancel the order. This right does not apply to auction listings (where you have signed a legally binding contract by bidding on any auction listing), nor does it apply to any commercial buyer. If you want to deliver items to your work address, please ensure that your PayPal delivery address clearly states that this is a personal delivery to avoid confusion. If your order has already been sent to you, you will be responsible for the fees we charge or for returning the goods to us.
